Averaged 30 concurrent engagements valued at over $100 billion, managed an average of 18 employees.

Managed a department of Project Managers and IT Professionals in Transition Management and Process Development who led projects to transition new opportunities into IBM. Averaged 45 concurrent transitions valued at over $50 billion, managed an average of 15 employees.

    IT Specialist / Project Manager: Led multiple IT implementation projects and led the organizational change to increase capacity for growth.

  10. Walked again after an airplane injury.

    In June 1998 my spine was injured on a return flight. Ultimately, the L5 disk ruptured and affected the nerves in both legs. After surgery, rehab and a fantastic physical trainer, I began to walk. This was probably the greatest personal challenge.
